Shipping Samples

Steps to Shipping Samples to our Laboratory:

1. Sample containers must have the following information displayed: sample ID, depth, date of sampling, and project number.
2. Email the completed laboratory testing request form to us at solum@mymts.net or place form with the sample(s).
3. Use a shipping service provider to ship samples to Solum Consultants Ltd. located at:

1. When using plastic bags to ship samples please double or triple bag samples to avoid punctures of plastic bags.
2. Seal sample containers air tight to avoid moisture escape
3. If possible, use 5-gallon pails for collecting and shipping samples.
4. When shipping undisturbed samples (i.e. Shelby tubes) make sure the samples are sealed tight and boxed with adequate cushioning to avoid damage to sample.
